Sehr ausbaufähig
Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist großartig und die Terrasse schön groß! Allerdings liegt diese an einer sehr stark durch Anlieferungsverkehr befahrenen Straße und die dünnen Fensterscheiben lassen sämtlichen Lärm durch. Auch was die Toilette im Gäste WC undicht, weshalb wir diese nicht benutzen konnten. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr spartanisch. Alles in allem war es ein sonniger Urlaub, der aber durch die Eigenschaften der Wohnung sehr verhalten zu bewerten ist.

Avantages : à 20 m de la plage, centre ville à proximité / Inconvénients : remises des clés, manque des équipements dans la cuisine (four, lave vaisselle...). A notre arrivée, l’appartement a priori nettoyée est très sale.

Apres l'odeur de chien du précédent locataire et un canapé rongé par leur chien... vacances non reposantes à cause du bruit toute la nuit du restaurant en face et de la grande rue juste derrière et du passage incessant. Sinon location proche de la mer et spacieux.

Excellent suivi et services de la part d'Interhome. Appartement très propre à notre arrivée. Pour la localisation, la situation et la résidence sont parfaites, toutefois, l'appartement se trouve sur rue, donc un peu bruyant et il manque certains équipements (absence de clim, lave vaisselle et planche à repasser).

Man bekommt was man zahlt
Alles in Ordnung außer die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und Geräte der Küche! Nicht appetitlich! Sonst ist die Lage top! Man kann alles problemlos zu Fuß erreichen. Ein Minus was ist noch, Stellplatz für das Auto! Man muss Glück haben das man ein Parkplatz bekommt, da es öffentlich ist.

correct, près de la plage
Nous avions un appartement au rez de chaussée côté rue et non pas côté jardin (dommage pour la vue mais aussi pour le bruit car on entend très fort les bruits de la rue la nuit). Appartement avec le minimum de confort sauf que le lit canapé n'est pas du tout confortable! La salle de bain était très bien (douche italienne très appréciable). C'est un grand plus qu'il soit situé prés de la plage (pas de problème pour garer à chaque fois la voiture, on peut s'y rendre en maillot). Il manquait une passoire (ustensile normale dans une cuisine), j'ai téléphoné à l'agence (car je ne voulais pas non plus qu'il me fasse la remarque que j'avais pris cet ustensile) qui m'a répondu, très gentiment, de me rendre à l'agence. chose que j'ai faite et là on me répond: désolée nous n'en avons plus.... La machine à laver sentait très mauvais et j'ai du la laver au moins deux fois avec mes produits avant de pouvoir m'en servir! La femme d'ouvrage devrait passer un chiffon dans les caoutchouc et laisser la porte de la machine ouverte! Au prix où on paie le ménage! Les chambres sont correctes mais attention, ceux qui désirent mettre un lit bébé, cela me semble compliqué. Sinon dans l'ensemble, c'est correct!
