Welcome to our fully furnished and equipped T3 duplex flat, with a total surface area of 65 m2, in a quiet location away from any nuisance, with a private parking space, in L'Isle sur la Sorgue (84 800), nicknamed "Little Venice of Provence", 2 km from Partage des Eaux and 2 km from the town centre. It is also 12 km from Cavaillon, 17 km from Carpentras and 35 km from Avignon, on the first floor of a farmhouse dating from the 1900s.

The accommodation comprises:

A 5 m2 entrance hall with a wall-mounted key holder, a console, a mirror and a coat rack.

A 6 m2 shower room, with hot water supplied by a cumulus, with a shower, a washbasin and its two drawers, a watercloset, a washing machine, 1 tumble dryer, 1 towel rail.

A 20 m2 living room equipped with reversible remote-controlled air conditioning, a 2-pane window with 2 roller blinds and a manual shutter overlooking the condominium car park, a 3-seater sofa, 1 large pantry unit, 1 large table, 6 chairs and cushions, a 40-litre pedal bin and a fully-equipped kitchen (combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, extractor hood, 3-burner induction hob, integrated oven and microwave, 1 sink, 1 mixer tap, 1 sliding spice rack).

Facilities include: kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls, cups, mugs, butter dish, all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, stewpots, dishes, salad bowl, salad spinner, plastic cutlery and plates for picnics.

A 10 m2 TV lounge that can be used as a bedroom, with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people, a TV unit with fibre-optic internet access, a floor lamp, a coffee table, a carpet and a 42" HD TV.

A wooden staircase leads to :

A large 11 m2 room on the landing with remote-controlled reversible air conditioning, closed by a security barrier with a roof window. This room serves as 2 small single bedrooms, one with a convertible bed up to 190 cm for a child aged 2 to 12, and a 3-drawer chest of drawers, and the other with a 190 cm bed for a teenager or young adult, 1 bedside table with lamp and a 3-drawer chest of drawers.

An adult bedroom of 13 m2 with a roof window and a double bed with 2 individual box springs and a large firm mattress 160 x 200, an alarm clock radio, a bedside lamp with a wardrobe, 4 storage boxes, a shoe rack and a small 2-drawer chest.

All beds come with bedding: mattress protector, fitted sheet, duvet and duvet cover, pillow(s) and pillow case(s).

Other comments:

Only one private parking space 2m50 by 5m visible from the flat. It is not possible to bring several vehicles.

Only one set of keys will be provided.

A holiday certificate (civil liability) will be requested when booking to cover any problems that may arise during your stay. This certificate is included free of charge in your home insurance policy and should be requested from your insurer.
