This classic 'down south' cottage, situated on a huge block, is in the heart of Abbey, a five minute walk to the beach, the boat ramp, Amelia Park lodge (tavern and restaurant), Ooza and Tang (restaurant), coffee shop/bakery, bottle shop and fish and chip shop.

The house has huge deck, lovely spacious fenced gardens - ideal for kids and fur babies. Plenty of parking plus room for your boat and/or trailer.

Enjoy the footy or a movie in air-conditioned comfort in front of the huge Smart TV

Pets are welcome, but due to council regulations cannot be left in the home unattended.

Family get together

My husband & myself travelled down south with my son and grand children joining us so we could all attend our Vasse based grandson’s birthday party. It was great being able to walk to the beach with the grandies and our small dog.
