Walk across the road to the beach, free bikes available to ride on the bike path all the way to Busselton, ocean views from the lounge or front patio, jetty and boat ramp 100 metres away, convenient access to Margaret River, Dunsborough and Yallingup, and all the wineries, vineyards and tourist attractions close.
