With onsite parking available and access to nearby resort facilities including a pool, tennis court and playground, it’s a peaceful base for exploring Yallingup and beyond.

The Space:

Framed by native bushland and expansive outlooks, this charming cottage blends a laid-back, countryside feel with practical comfort. Elevated to take in the surrounding landscape, the home opens onto a wide, covered veranda that invites you to slow down and settle into the rhythm of the region.

Inside, the living area is warm and welcoming, with soft seating arranged for relaxed evenings after a day exploring. Natural light filters through large windows, drawing in the greenery beyond and creating a seamless connection between indoors and out. The adjoining dining space offers a simple setting for shared meals, whether it’s a casual breakfast or a long, unhurried dinner. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals at your own pace. Its open layout keeps you connected to the living and dining areas, making it easy to cook while still being part of the conversation.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, offering a restful retreat with a calm, uncluttered feel. Guest Access:

The cottage is semi-attached to a neighbouring residence, which is occasionally used by the owners as a holiday home. They are completely separate and soundproofed for a comfortable stay. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire cottage to yourselves as well as access to shared facilities, including the swimming pool and tennis court.
