* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 1322 from 10/20 - 11/4. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

This ocean views Panama City Beach vacation rental at the beachfront Summit Beach Resort. Couples will love this one-bedroom condo featuring a balcony hovering over a white-sand beach and access to three pools (one of which is heated seasonally), shuffleboard, tennis, and a game room. Enjoy the seasonal beach chairs included in this rental!! What more could anyone ask for?
The living room is the perfect place to plan out your relaxing day over a homemade breakfast made in the kitchen. The king-size bed is exactly where you'll want to rest up after working hard on your tan. There's also a sofa bed, so up to four guests can comfortably stay here. This condo includes a washer and dryer. And those ocean views are divine!
The property has many amenities, you'll find shuffleboard and tennis for a little friendly competition. Cool off in one of the pools if the sun gets to be too much. Pineapple Willy's is just down the road if you're looking to indulge in some BBQ.
After admiring the beach from your balcony, you'll be glad to sink your feet into the sand. Relax as long as you like on the gulf shore or take a charter fishing boat for a chance at marlin!
