OU Commencement Stay
Fantastic stay at a wonderful place. The location was peaceful and serene. The home and quality furnishings and electronics were amazing. The hosts thought of everything. We were able to have a wonderful commencement luncheon given the property is only 20 minutes from campus. We felt so welcome and appreciated to walk into the rental to a box of congratulatory OU grad cookies. Thank you!!

Perfect property close to Ohio University
My daughter and I and two other moms and a daughter, booked this beautiful, immaculately clean property for mom's weekend. The property was even better than the listing photos. Everything you could possibly need was there, including the hot tub which was incredible. Noelle even had the cutest OU Moms weekend cookies for us.

A great space for a winter getaway
We enjoyed a nice New Year's weekend at this comfortable and well appointed home. It was close to the Hocking Valley Railroad, the site of our New Year's Eve excursion, so that was one of the reasons we chose it. The home was clean and welcoming and the gas fireplace warmed things up nicely. We played some of the board games on hand and made use of the kitchen amenities for the meals we cooked while there. Communication was excellent and we were able to gain access with no problems. The TV was easy to figure out and we were able to watch all the football we wanted over the weekend from the comfy living room couches and chairs. I would stay there again if we needed a home base for area activities.

Beautiful property in Nelsonville, OH. Nestled away at the top of the hill, many views of nature to see. The host was easily accessible and kept great communication. The cookies and card left by the host was a very appreciated, personal touch.

Hello! My name is Noelle and I started managing my husband's construction company in 2018. We started purchasing long-term rentals in 2007 and recently decided to give short-term rentals a try.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I purchased this house for my father in 2007. He passed away in 2019 and this propelled us to do a complete renovation of the house and try short -term renting.
