This very bright apartment is located in a secure and quiet residential complex, on the ground floor, with a private terrace set back from the walkways so you can enjoy it in complete peace.

You won’t have to worry about parking, as you’ll have a designated spot in the underground car park. There’s a bus stop located 200 metres away, allowing you to reach Rouen’s historic centre in less than 10 minutes, as well as restaurants, local shops, and supermarkets about 500 metres away.
