The main floor of this home features the living room, with a HUGE flat-screen TV and an overstuffed sectional sofa! Fully stocked kitchen to accommodate all the cooking needs! Dining room with dining set for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar! In addition, you will find access to the private, pool, and spa oasis.
One of your master king suites is also located on the main floor with an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a King-sized bed with an adjacent full bathroom. The in-house washer and dryer are also located on the main floor!

The Second Floor offers an additional King Master suite with an en suite bathroom! In addition, the second floor offers three more guest bedrooms! 1st guest bedroom features a balcony suite with two queen beds! 2nd guest bedroom features a queen bed. 3rd bedroom features a bunk room perfect for the kids! Bunk beds are twin over queen beds!

All bedrooms offer plenty of space, top-of-the-line bedding and furniture, and flat-screen wall-mounted televisions.

The unit offers a custom-shaped pool that conjoins with a Spa! Separating the two is a tranquil water feature that will allow you to relax and enjoy every moment of your vacation!

**Pool/Spa tub heat is an additional charge per stay. Please note that the pool heat will only get 5-10 degrees warmer than the outside temp and that if the outside temp drops below 50 degrees the heater will shut itself off as a safety feature. It will turn itself back on once the outside temp is at least 55 degrees consistently. Please contact the office for pricing.

Amazing vacation rental

The condo was absolutely amazing! Plenty of room for all of us(17ppl) Beautiful backyard with pool and hot tub! Pool was kinda small but kids loved it! and just small walk to the beach! Great location! Just all around awesome rental! No complaints what so ever!

Our Annual family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice, everything was great except that we none of the TV's are connected to cable so all we could do is run a dvr. The internet was not connected and we had to reset the router to make it work. Otherwise everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay.

Beach house

Family of 14 stayed - perfect location and size. Pool was a great bonus. Brought our two dogs who loved it. So close to the beach and many shopping food etc. was walking distance to the pier. Was a great experience overall. Thanks the Quick Family

Pool was great for the kids. Location was great for beach access. We had a great time. The only thing I would suggest is replacing some of the pans and utensils in the kitchen and the refrigerator froze our food so that might need some maintenance. All in all it was a great week!
