"Burnt Bottom" by Holiday Beach Rentals is a true beachfront dream home located on the East End of Panama City Beach. This home features direct access to the beach, a private backyard with pool, 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and outdoor seating and lounge areas on both outside decks. With a fully equipped open concept kitchen/dining room/living room and outdoor bar, you will immediately start making memories. This home is sure to be the perfect spot for your beach getaway!
Breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico are seen walking through the front door of "Burnt Bottom". The main living area is a large open concept area, opening to a dining room and huge fully equipped kitchen, this allows for plenty of family entertainment. Perfection does not even begin to describe the outdoor space. The pool deck features a beachfront pool with color changing pool lights and the option to be heated*, a charcoal grill, outdoor private shower, and plenty of seating for the whole family to lounge and sunbathe. As if that wasn't enough, "Burnt Bottom" also features a raised walkover that takes you right out to the sugary white sands of Panama City Beach. Also, on the first floor are two King bedrooms with en-suites. Additionally, there is a half bathroom and washer/dryer.
As you head up to the second level of the beach home, you will find the cozy loft area for additional sleeping and entertaining. This area has a large flat screen TV and DVD player which is perfect for everyone to gather all together. The loft area provides plenty of sleeping and sitting space as well with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The formal bedrooms in this space feature 2 queen over queen bunk bedrooms (with one featuring an additional queen trundle to sleep 6), one queen bedroom overlooking the beach and one king bedroom on the North side of the house. "Burnt Bottom" has plenty of space for everyone to travel together for both a large or small beach vacation.
Centrally located, this home is surrounded by wonderful night life, family entertainment and activities, and the gulf's best fine dining. "Burnt Bottom" is a popular choice for many different events including weddings, birthday parties, family reunions, and receptions.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
You have direct access to the beach with a private boardwalk!
Burnt Bottom requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:
2026:
Summer: May 23 - August 1 (Saturday-Saturday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
