Comfortably sleeping twenty, the Chic Shack is a multi-generational, contemporary style home with an open concept, elegant beach design. Steps from the kitchen and family room is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or riding the bikes exploring (6 available). Whether its grilling or relaxing by the private pool there is plenty of space to lounge and unwind.

ABOUT THE AREA: Only one block from the sugar sand beaches and emerald sea, this stunning new home in Panama City Beach, is all that you'll need. Close to shops, restaurants, outdoor activities, and Pier Park, you're not far from all that you seek.

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is about a 3-minute walk from the home – just at the end of Lyndell Lane!

• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
