SUMMER 2026 dates AVAILABLE-Adorable Cottage Living at its Best in Lake Geneva in a perfect home walking distance to lake, private lake rights with pier and beach, restaurants, walking path and minutes to town of Lake Geneva. The house has a shared pier and swim area with a swim platform in Glenwood Springs. Walking distance to Fontana Beach, Gordy's & Chucks. The house has two updated cozy bedrooms and a comfortable sofa in the living room. Glowing Fireplace. Parking for two-three cars, fire pit. completely updated Kitchen and bath. Great high speed wifi, TV in living room. Bedroom #1 has a Queen, Bedroom #2 has TWO TWIN BEDS. Central air and heat. Great outdoor space to relax. Perfect getaway for lake life living. Location, Location, Location!
This cottage is perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood just a 3 min walk to the lake/beach. This property can be enjoyed all year long! You can enjoy the faux fireplace and proximity to downtown Geneva in the winter, watch the wild life come alive in the spring, relax on the front patio after a day at the beach in the summer, and take in the seasonal colors and fall festivities!

• 3 vehicle max and all cars must be in the drive. Absolutely no street parking
• No parties or events
• No smoking
• We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels but you may need to buy more for longer stays. That includes 2 rolls per bathroom and 2 paper towel rolls.
• We provide a starter amount of dish soap, dishwasher, and laundry detergent.
• We have a hairdryer
• We supply hand soap
• We do not supply any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
• No late check out or early check-in. If you arrive early or check out late there will be a $50 charge per.
• No fires outside of the fire pit including candles.

Ideal Lake Geneva Property!

Our family had the most enjoyable experience at the property this summer! Ideal location….walking distance to downtown Fontana, full amenities, lovely neighborhood and families. The owners are amazing. Thoughtful, responsive and contributed to our great experience. The house is stocked with everything needed to enjoy lake life in the area. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! It’s a gem and you will not be disappointed. The Williams Family :)

Cute Cottage Friendly Neighborhood

My sister and I stayed at this cute house in Glenwood Springs with members of our family cycling in and out during the month. Luckily, the weather was good and we spent most of our time sitting outside on the patio. Its a bit of a haul to get to the lake, but once there we found people on the common pier to be welcoming and it wasn't too crowded. On the few days that it was, we just set up camp on the grass near the picnic tables and still enjoyed the pier and the view. Access to the lake path was a must for us, and we took advantage most every day. The short walk to Chuck's also a plus. The house itself is what you think of when imagining a small summer cottage - light and airy. And there was plenty of sleeping room. Everyone enjoyed their time there. It was a great month at the lake.

Great property and pet friendly

Got married in the Lake Geneva area but very hard to bring my two small beagles to any resort in the area. Good experience for my first VRBO rental. I would recommend property to friends and stay again. Property owner was very helpful leading up to our stay.

This is best place to get away and enjoy nature and all kinds of activities in a quaint small town but with everything to offer! It's also conveniently located to Chicago and Milwaukee.
