This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath, newly remodeled Turn-of-the-Century Cottage, is located on the North Shore of Geneva Lake between Fontana and Williams Bay. It sleeps 8 with a king, queen, two twins, and a pull-out couch. The home has a lovely kitchen that is fully-equipped and a dining area that seats 8. There is a large living room, a screened porch and a patio that is perfect for morning coffee!
We are happy to allow pets and to allow you to dock your boat on our boat slip (both for additional fees).
You have exclusive access to one of our piers and can access the pier through a short 300-foot walk down our driveway.
The Green House is located just beside George Williams College campus so it is very quiet, family-friendly, and a terrific place for a relaxing time on Lake Geneva!
The property owners are often onsite at one of the two other houses on the property and are very responsive to whatever issues might arise. We have rented the property for many years and have a great history of satisfied renters - many of whom keep coming back year after year after year!

Dancing Horse Theatre and Geneva Lake Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Yerkes Observatory and Animal Gardens. Paradise Golf Park and Walworth County Fairgrounds are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, waterskiing and water tubing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
