Located in the Ville de Printemps district, 500m from the shops at Croix des Marins and 1700m from Arcachon town center, this renovated 31m² one-bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator access. The apartment is in a beachfront residence with direct access to the beach and includes:
- Entrance hall, living room with a double sofa bed (140x190cm), TV, and a furnished balcony with sea view.
- Equipped kitchen: 2-burner cooktop, extractor hood, multi-function oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine.
- Sleeping area with a double fold-down bed (140x190cm) and wardrobe.
- Shower room, washing machine, and separate WC.
- Secure covered parking.
Parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment (inside and out).

-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing,
- horseback riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.
