Welcome to our 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Condo!

**CONDO OVERVIEW**
Enjoy this totally renovated third-floor condo with new paint along with new wood floors, dimmable recessed lighting throughout, ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, in-unit washer and dryer, remote controlled blinds for both bedroom and balcony. Blinds for the balcony and bedroom are blacked out to keep the bedroom and living room nice and pretty dark. The kitchen has a new modern backsplash and under-mount cabinet lighting. Granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom along with refaced cabinets. Fireplace in the living room that is log burning.

Wake up in the morning from the bedroom and see beautiful views of the ski slopes in the distance. Balcony with great views of the slopes as well. The kitchen has a table for four but also the coffee table is on a lift top so two others can enjoy eating from the couch comfortably making it seating for six people. Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen along with stainless steel appliances. The bedroom has a mirrored closet with lots of space to hang clothes and other items.

**AMENITIES**
Large dresser with plenty of space for non-hanging clothes. Lamps on both sides of the bed have USB and power plugs so you can charge your phone next to your bed. Small workstation and/or makeup station in the bedroom should you need to hop onto your laptop or if the bathroom is occupied to do your hair and makeup. Fast free Wi-Fi Internet with up to 100mbps. Brand new Samsung Smart TVs (55” in bedroom and 50” in Living room). Both TVs have built-in smart TV apps (like Netflix, Hulu, Disney, HBO Max, Apple TV+, etc). Also, the HOA has Premium Peacock TV for free. This includes New and hit shows, Films and Originals; Live Sports and Events; Current NBC and Bravo Shows, and 50+ Always-On Channels. Soundbar and subwoofer in living room with Apple Play capability to stream your favorite music!

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo so you can soak away after a long day! The condo complex itself has an outdoor pool and indoor Jacuzzi. It has underground parking as well as two above-ground parking lots parking set up for the condo complex as well! Two outdoor fire pits for your enjoyment as well (great for making s'mores).

**GETTING AROUND**
The condo is adjacent to the Sheraton Park City (Headquarters for Sundance). Bus Stop right behind the unit with free bus fare around Park City (takes you to Main Street for some dining and shopping and also stops at the ski slopes as well for extra convenience along with other locations throughout the city. Approximately a 30-minute drive (pending weather) via Uber/Lift from Salt Lake City Airport up the mountains to Park City (or you can rent a car if you want).

Save $25 per day as well as avoid the hassle of traffic & parking at Park City Mountain. Our property has 2 free bus lines less than a block away that will take you to the Mountain roughly every 15 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property has been very well renovated. The beds were comfy, even the sofa bed. We loved the location, with easy access to the ski slopes (we drove but, there was a bus stop right across the street). It was great being within walking distance of restaurants, The Twistern Fern was our favorite. Access to the walking trails were a bonus.

Perfect ski condo

Rented this condo for a week ski vacation in March 2023. Gorgeous space right on city bus line to mountain. Very clean and comfortable, with everything you need. Very pleasant stay!

A perfect vacation for our family. The bus stop to the Park City Resort is right across the street— we were at the mountain in 15 minutes. The condo was well stocked and very clean.

Nice spot

Nice little spot, easy to get to slopes via the bus which stops right outside the building. Unit was clean and as advertised. I probably wouldn’t want to stay here if I was a group of 4 though. Some good restaurants also within walking distance. Overall would stay again

The place was nice we enjoyed our time there. We had a some miscommunication about the code to get into the carriage house. We never received any information on that or check out instructions but was a good stay overall

Great Property. Fit a family of three just perfect. Everything was clean and in good working order. The bath tub was extremely slippery and parking was tight. I did text through VRBO to the owner with no reply. But besides those few things everything was great. Would recommend.

Bus service at the PC mountain resort

The property was good but the location required us to take the free bus to the mountain. The buses did not adhere to the schedule and on two occasions I had to wait 30 min for the bus. I had my 8 year old granddaughter and especially at the mountain at the end of the day, it was difficult for her.

Reasonably Priced Option

For skiing, this condo is a great budget conscious option. Comfortable for a couple, it's right across the street from the free Park City bus route that has busses every 10 minutes during busy hours that get you to the Park City base in 10 minutes. Way better than driving. The Carriage House parking lot is always near capacity so snow clearing is a challenge. The condo is well equipped and in good condition. Cookware is due to be replaced but we got by with it. The main thermostat appears to be off or on full, so you have to adjust it regularly to stay comfortable. The property manager did a great job for us, addressing a handful of issues for us very quickly and entirely to our satisfaction. All in all, we had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay at Carriage House.

Park City Ski Chalet

Overall it was a good property just a quick shuttle to the mountain base. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for linens, kitchen appliances etc. The check in process unfortunately was difficult as we were provided an access code that did not work for the front door so we had to wait until someone let us in. Additionally, parking can be difficult at night as the main lot generally fills up and its unclear if we have access to other lots around the area. We also received a noise complaint even though we were not in the unit during the entire day and had gone to bed by 10pm the night before which we did not appreciate. Overall it was a good accommodation aside from a few small inconveniences.

Annual Ski Trip

This was the first time in a long time that we traveled without teenagers/young adults, so this was a treat! The condo was a great size for the 2 of us. We loved having a separate bedroom to allow for one of us to sleep in, or go to bed early. Great location and newly updated. Laundry in the unit was definitely a plus. And, the host group was super responsive.
