Located on the 17th-floor of the Bay Watch Resort, this oceanfront vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining table for four, and a sunlit living area that opens out to a private, furnished balcony with infinite ocean views. Thoughtful upgrades include fresh paint and flooring throughout, new appliances, furniture, and decor.

You and your guests will also enjoy prime access to a variety of on-site resort amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, a children's splash pad, fitness room, business center, and easy beach access. Additional features include a private washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry, central air conditioning, and complimentary internet access for remote work or schooling.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

- * Please note that balcony deck coating is scheduled for November 1st-15th, 2021. During this time the balcony will be pinned closed from the outside. Patio furniture will also be stored inside the unit. We ask that you please keep the drapes closed during working hours of 9am-5pm.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
