Stunning ocean and beach views from this cozy beach condo situated on one of Hilton Head's most desired beaches. Steps to the beach and just a couple blocks from shopping and entertainment, this one bedroom features everything you need for a great vacation. Brand new flooring and fresh paint throughout for 2025!
Fully equipped kitchen, fridge has ice maker. There is a Keurig/coffee pot combo to suit whatever coffee meets your needs!
Bunk beds for small children. Best suitable for couples and small families.


We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Great location, great time!

This was a great spot, steps from the beach, great view of the ocean, and just a two minute drive to all the activity at Coligny. Had a great time. Kendall was very responsive in answering questions and providing information for a smooth check in and check out. The cookies were a nice touch… Cute and delicious! We appreciated having a couple beach chairs there and also the boogie boards, our kids loved them!

Great place for family!

We were right on the beach and super close to all of the restaurants!! Great stay for a family of 4. Our 2 kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds! Our only regret was not being able to stay longer.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I had a great time for our weekend getaway. You can sit on the balcony and see the ocean or just open the sliding door and listen to the waves. We enjoyed our stay and the location is great, we biked everywhere.

We typically stay oceanfront at Seaside Villas. This year we decided to give this unit a try. It was clean well stocked, and the view was perfect.

Lovely little getaway

We really enjoyed our quick vacation here. We only stayed 2 nights due to work schedules but would have loved to stay longer. The condo itself is small but well taken care of and perfect for a beach getaway. Worked great for our family of 4. The location is perfect for getting to the beach quickly as well as into town. Love that it was walking distance to pretty much everything we needed. Zero complaints, Loved our stay, hope to be back again soon!

My husband and I are return guests to Sea Side Villas. Love the location, beach, view and amenities. Kendall was amazing in her communication and responses. Unit was clean and offered everything we needed. It’s small like most other units but was just right for us. The view from the balcony was wonderful! We will return and stay in this unit if available.

Great communication with owner! Even provided use of bogie board for our boys. Beach was a little more crowded than we prefer but this was our first family trip to HHI and we wasn’t sure how everything on the island was set up. Very close to Coligny to walk up to shops or restaurants. Overall great stay!

The location of this unit can't be beat. Short walk on beach or sidewalk to Coligny beach. We enjoyed the pool, has shade in spots most of the day also chaise's, chairs and table w umbrella's. The unit itself is entered from an interior hallway. The space is tight, great for a couple and 1 or 2 small children. The balcony looks out to beach and has table and chairs to sit out and enjoy the view. The unit is a little dated, but everything worked and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything, almost everything is as described - the view, the distance from the beach, the distance from the restaurants. The couch bed can be a little more comfortable. May be you should invest on a better pullout couch. It’s a one time investment, just a suggestion. But I would stay again if everything stays the same.

Great location for couple or small family

Great location and property manager very responsive. We had a few hiccups the first 24 hours and they were extremely responsive and friendly about it. The condo it's self was clean and well equipped. It does not have central air so the bedroom does can get warm even with both fans going. The pull out bed could use some more cushion. We put the couch cushion under the mattress and made a huge difference. The size of the unit is good for a couple and small family, but it is only about 520 feet, smaller then some hotel suites. Bathroom was great size. This is a great location right on the beach, with a view (parking lot below but not in the way). Will come back to area again.

Nice property, great communication

Had a few questions while packing and Kendall replied promptly and was very helpful. Check in process changed two days before we got there but still went smooth and was very simple to navigate. Property was clean but small, definitely don’t bring more than 2 adults and a few children as listing suggests. Very small kitchen but completely doable for us. It was just me, my husband, and our 15 month old son. Our son got an ear infection after the first day of our trip so we spent a ton of time in the room and eventually left early but that being said we really enjoyed the room a lot. 0.5 mile from Coligny and most food. At night we liked to hang out in the swing that views the ocean and you can hear Coligny so it’s that close. Couldn’t have asked for more out of Kendall. She was very kind and responsive, we will be back to try this trip again!

I love the location. Have stayed at this location many times & will continue to do so, however, I am not happy with MY EXPERIENCE WITH VRBO. Kendall Kline saved the day for me when I arrived to find that my original condo booking with VRBO was unavailable. She WAS VERY HELPFUL. Great host!

The location of this place was perfect! Right on the beach! The only concern we had was the bedroom got a little hot at night. Also, one of the blankets on the bed didn’t smell the best. It was perfect for just two people. It would be pretty tight if it is more than that.
