For shared use: garden (fenced). Barbecue, children's playground, parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Unquera" 14 km, sandy beach 45 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Riding stable 10 m, cable car 28 km, children's playground 2 km. Nearby attractions: Picos de Europa. Hiking paths: Descenso de Barrancos 10 m, Via Ferrata 10 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Property ref. es9191.600.1 is situated on the same property. The farm is located inside an equestrian center which is the main activity of the owners. The owners also offer to the clients the possibility of canyoning or via ferrata (to be agreed at the destination). Clients can travel to these activities from the farm itself,.

Perfect huisje op een afgelegen locatie met prachtig zicht en ruime gedeelde tuin. De eigenaar spreekt Engels en je kon niets mis vragen. Door storm waren er problemen met de WiFi. We kregen onmiddellijk toegang op een ander netwerk. Fantastische week gehad! Indien je wil koken, moet je wel een beetje improviseren want er zijn weinig potten en pannen, maar met een BBQ heb je het vuur nauwelijks nodig. Het huisje is een absolute aanrader.

wunderbares Häuschen

Ein wunderbares Häuschen in noch tollerer Lage. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne Wanderwege für leichte bis schwere Touren. Die Eigentümer wohnen nebenan in dem Haus, sind also immer zu erreichen wenn was ist. Auf dem Gelände ist ja auch der Reitstall (total relaxte Pferde), also wer Lust und Laune hat. Vom Pferdestall ist aber nichts zu merken, kein Krach, kein rumgewiehere, kein Gestank. Wir wahren wirklich begeistert.

vakantiehuis Potes

Het betreft een vrijstaand huisje op het terrein van een manege. De oprit naar het huisje is vrij steil omhoog over een kleine 100m. Je hebt voldoende comfort al is de keuken klein en met 2 wat traag werkende kookplaten niet geschikt om uitgebreide maaltijden klaar te maken. Het sanitair daarentegen is prima. Het huisje heeft dikke muren en weinig ramen en is daarom van binnen wat donker. Het is geschikt voor 2 personen; meer deelnemers wordt echt krap. Het huisje staat vrij in een ruime tuin met mooi uitzicht. De WIFI werkt iets traag; een versterker in het huisje zou een oplossing zijn. Verder is het even wennen aan het koffiezetapparaat. We hebben er een prima week gehad.

Pretty little mountain refuge for pet lovers

We loved this place! The little house is as lovely as it looks on the pictures, but stands less alone, actually right beside the owners house and stables, as their main business are horseback tours. The large outside area with many seating options and great views is officially shared with the family, but we hardly ever saw them, so it still felt much like the secluded mountain retreat we were looking for. You'll enjoy the place most of you like animals! They have three friendly dogs (plus several that are kept on a leash), a very friendly white cat that hung out with us most of the time, and a rabbit in a cage. Both the address and the gps coordinates we had didn't help, look for "Aravalle Equestrian Center" instead.
