Everything ! If you have a family member at Cleveland Clinic, look no further-great place to stay as it is only steps away from the clinic for heart center’s parking garage. (Even some on street parking sometimes)Jonathan was very quick to respond and very accommodating to my needs for checkout. Very clean inside. Less expensive than hotel!

The location is perfect if you have business at Cleveland Clinic. It is right by the parking garage and an easy 5 minute walk to the main campus. There was adequate supplies provided (TP, soap, etc.). The unit was clean. The host was wonderful. He was very patient with my lack of technology skills and walked me through anything I needed help with. I would definitely stay here again. It is very near a major medical center so you do hear ambulances and helicopters; you may want to take earplugs and a sleep mask to block light. Minor inconvenience for all the perks. Great experience.0

When we had a question, the host was very responsive in getting back to us very quickly with an answer. It’s proximity to the hospital was a blessing so that was very nice.

Host was great, only thing I would suggest is mentioning the stairs as they may be a problem for some depending on what they are doing at Cleveland Clinic, saying that the location for Cleveland Clinic is perfect.
