This is the perfect location for anyone visiting, doing business or here for medical reasons. It's in walking distance to CWRU, University hospital, Cleveland clinic, public transportation, and many great restaurants and bakeries. We have off-street parking for 1 car and easy access into apartment. Laundry is in the basement.There is a full kitchen and the living room has a double recliner. This is a family owned and occupied,4 unit property since the early 1900's

This house has been in my family since 1900. My husband and I are trying to keep it in the family,so we are offering one unit for short term rentals.
