Shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 2 km, railway station "Llançà" 2.6 km, pebble beach 250 m. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km, tennis 800 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Direct access to the beach from the house. It is possible to swim 10 m away, from the rocks.
5-room house 110 m2. Practical furnishings: living/dining room 30 m2 with satellite TV, digital TV and international TV channels. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Kitchen (dishwasher, combination microwave) with dining table. Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room 18 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace 20 m2, terrace 90 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Parking at the house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. La maison est bien placée pour la vue et la promenade en bord de mer mais pâtit d’une orientation Nord qui la rend froide et humide (nous y étions en octobre). De plus la décoration est vraiment très vieillotte, le linge entreposé dans les placards n’est pas propre et le mobilier abîmé. L’équipement est suffisant mais sommaire. Une machine à café expresso, une nappe adaptée à la table prévue pour 10, une télévision récente (c’est une cathodique_nous ne l’avons pas regardée mais quand même !)

Superbe séjour

Villa confirme aux descriptif et photos, propre. Pièces de vie assez spacieuses pour 6 personnes, cuisine fonctionnelle. Bonne literie, salle de bain en bon état. 2 terrasses pour farnienter sans ce genre. Prestation hôtelière adaptée. Agences disponible 7 jours/ 7 personnel accueillant et professionnelle, rapide pour résoudre de petits aleas.

Maison vétuste, bien située avec vue magnifique

Bcq d'objets (poubelle, casserole, vaisselle, table terrasse instable, fauteuil terrasse cassé) ou portes sont abimés. La maison mérite d'être rénovée ! Propreté moyenne: terrasses sales. La grande pièce dans la cave est trop bas de plafond, donc dangereuse pour un adulte. Magnifique vue par les 2 terrasses, maison près de la plage. Une seule place de parking pour 10 personnes est trop juste: on avait deux voitures et pas de place de stationnement attribué.

De villa heeft een mooie ligging en er zijn vele mogelijkheden ware het niet dat de toestand van de woning erg verwaarloosd is. afgbladderde verf alom, rottende raamblinden, stereoinsatallatie die niet werkt in kast gestapeld,etc. Mits aankoop van een paar kleine zaken zou de situatie alleszins verbeteren. Een nieuw minimuziekinstallatie heb je al voor 60€. Een nieuwe broodrooster kost 20€. Men maakt reclame voor de BBQ bij avond, maar het rooster is volledig versleten. Toch mooie locatie.

El lugar es idilico, la casa bastante deficiente, se le nota que le hace falta una buena puesta a punto. Nos quedabamos sin luz cada dos por tres, y todo esta bastante viejecito y deslucido, por lo demás el lugar es excepcional y solo por el sitio lo recomendaria

Bien situé belle vue maison agréable mais gros problème électrique ça disjonctait avec seulement le lave vaisselle pas moyen de faire un cycle complet pareil lorsque nous avons voulu faire marcher le micro ondes. la 4ème chambre sous la maison n est pas si top que sur l annonce c est dommage par contre interhome très bien bon accueil de l agence et disponible

Très bon séjour

Super semaine, maison avec vue et accès direct à la mer, conforme au descriptif et photos. Environnement calme, ( séjour en moyenne saison). L'agence disponible 24/24 ,7/7 personnel à notre écoute, très bon accueil et très réactif en cas de petits soucis. Logement propre, pièces de vies spacieuses pour 6 personnes. Chambres confortables, bonne literie. J'ai adoré la chambre du bas. Spacieuses, fraîche indépendane il lui manquerai juste une porte fenêtre pour profiter de la vue. Deux terrasses pour farnienter sans ce géner ... Le top... Nous reviendrons c'est sûr
