Spacious Home on Golf Course

This large 3-bedroom cabin sits on 2/3 of an acre and backs to Pagosa Springs Golf Course, walking distance to the Golf Course Clubhouse and great restaurants. Two living/dining areas and two laundry rooms provide ample space. The cabin sleeps 8, with 3 king beds and 1 sleeper sofa. There are 2 full baths and 1 half bath. Enjoy the spacious deck and beautiful views. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! NO PETS! Permit: 026574
*Wi-Fi is provided but not guaranteed. We live in a small town and experience frequent outages, we do not have access to high speed internet just yet. No refunds will be granted for Wi-Fi issues.
Guests will be provided check in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival.

Door access code information will be provided after confirmation prior to arrival.
The home is located in Pagosa Golf Course neighborhood. It is a short distance to gas stations, grocery shopping, antique stores, restaurants, and HWY 160 that leads to the mountain.
You will access to the entire home.
There are four large decks off this home; one being next to the kitchen with large gas barbecue grill, sitting and table. Large HDTVs in great room and king master bedroom upstairs, Wi-Fi, satellite, and DVD player. This home is great for small family reunions or to watch the super bowl. This home can accommodate up to 8 individuals. Sorry, this home does not have air-conditioning, but open the windows at night and turning on the fan keeps this home cool. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING!

You will be driving on dirt roads and in the winter, it will be slick, ensure your vehicle has 4-wheel drive capabilities.

Great Family Getaway

The 3-levels and open plan made it a great place to gather with options for multiple activities to happen at the same time. Very comfortable. WiFi is marginal, could use an upgrade.

We loved our visit to Pagosa Springs ! The house was perfect for our family ! The snowstorm was SO beautiful! We had elk in our neighborhood . The location was perfect . Simply Home managers were wonderful . We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

Great for large groups!

Very nice home. Plenty of room for a lot of folks to gather or spread out. Plenty of cooking equipment and dishes. The beds were comfortable, there were games and puzzles for the big or small kids. We would diffidently do it again. Thanks
