appartement agréable , propre, lumineux, cuisine pratique , lave linge très bien aussi , bonne literie. très bien situé pour les amateurs de plage et bronzette car seulement la rue à traverser! par contre la ville de st cyprien n’a pas grand intérêt , rien à faire et quand le temps n’est pas au rdv c’est un peu décevant. pas de gastronomie, pas de poissons le matin au port ... dommage. la place de parking est appréciable mais un peu petite qd on a une grosse voiture familiale .

appartement mooie ligging interieur verouderd

Het is allemaal netjes, maar meubels zijn aan vervanging toe. Wastafel is gescheurd in de omranding, moet ook vernieuwd. Bediening rolluik in de slaapkamer was ook een stuk afgebroken. Keukenapparatuur ook verouderd en keukenblok zelf ook.

aan het strand gelegen, ook dicht bij winkels en strandtent en andere restaurants. rustig gelegen geen hinder van uitgaande jongelui, ideaal voor oudere personen zonder kinderen

leuk appartement aan zee

het appartement is fantastisch gelegen. de straat over steken en je staat op het strand. ook restaurants en cafe's zijn op loopafstand. fietspaden in de omgeving, goed te fietsen. appartement heeft wel opknapbeurt nodig. kookplaten beginnen te roesten, badkamer kan deels vernieuwd en ook het meubilair in de woonkamer is aan vernieuwing toe.

Appartement tres bien situé

Cet appartement est très bien situé, en face de la plage, 20 minutes à pied du port, et 10 minutes du centre de saint Cyprien plage. La situation au calme de cet appartement est clairement son point fort. Pour un 3 étoiles, il nous semble cependant de moins bonne qualité et moins bien équipé que d'autres appartements Interhome avec même classification. ( pas de rideaux de douche, table trop petite pour manger à 4 sur balcon, place de parking très petite et compliquée à se garer ...) Certaines remarques ont été faite il y a deux ans concernant le manque d'un rideau de douche et l'identification de l'appartement dans la résidence. Ces deux point n'ont toujours pas été réglé, et il me parait indispensable de les corriger, surtout qu'ils sont simples à mettre en œuvre ! Pourquoi cela n'a t'il pas été fait ?

Merci pour votre commentaire. Au sujet du rideau de douche, le propriétaire a été informé de votre commentaire. Cependant, comme il s'agit de sa décision, nous ne pouvons pas vous assurer que cette amélioration sera effectuée. Malgré cet inconvénient nous serions heureux de vous accueillir de nouveau.
