New house on one level with garden, in a quiet and green area, at the foot of the village of Saint Paul (5 minutes by car, and 15 minutes on foot by a shady path), its art galleries, the Maeght Foundation.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
You can relax in the calm of the garden, on the south-facing terrace.
It is also an excellent starting point for visiting the surroundings, for hiking, for going to the beach (10 mins from the sea by car), and the mountains (1 hour by car).
The grocery store (Centre Leclerc )is 3 mins away, and Polygone Riviera is 3 mns away by car (large shopping center with 100 shops, restaurants, bars, cinema and Casino).

Sehr schönes Domizile

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus , die Vermieter wohnen nebenan in einem separaten Haus. Sie sind sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, ist sauber und nicht weit von dem Bergdorf Saint Paul de Vence ( sehr zu empfehlen) gelegen. Ich würde es immer wieder buchen.
