Walk across to the gorgeous, white sand beach to shell, swim, sunbathe, make sandcastles, or stroll along the miles of beautiful Bonita Beach shore! Also, just steps away, you can enjoy delicious food at the Doc’s Beach House overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with great music surrounding the outdoor seating area! Water sports like paddleboarding, kayaking, parasailing, and jet skiing are very common activities and equipment rentals are right at the beach!

Our studio condo is on the 8th floor of building 3 unit 3801 overlooking the beautiful mangrove forests and bays with a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico! It is quiet and away from traffic. The kitchen has been recently updated with new appliances, cabinets, and granite countertops. It’s also fully equipped with everything needed to make meal preparation and dining simple and enjoyable. The bathroom vanity has also been updated. A 4-sleeping arrangement is provided, which includes a very comfortable king-size bed and a hotel-style queen-size sleeper sofa bed in the living area. There is a 50" TV (Xfinity/Comcast cable with many channels), high-speed WiFi Internet, and guest parking. The condo is well-appointed with most everything needed for your stay such as cookware, dishes, linens, coffee maker, blender, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, towels, sheets, beach towels, etc. In the ground floor storage building 2, there are beach chairs, a cooler, and bodyboards for a fun beach day!

On-site, there are professional tennis courts, two large heated pools, spas, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, basketball court, pickleball court, gas grills for fun cookouts, as well as a Hawaii style restaurant in building 1 serving delicious breakfast and lunch--try sitting at the tiki area, tons of fun! There are coin-operated laundry facilities on the ground floor. In the lobby, there are many types of games available to enjoy with friends and family!

- There will be a very simple 1-page standard vacation property rental agreement to e-sign after booking just to recap the house rules stated on the Vrbo site.

- Check yourself in with the keypad access code which will be provided along with a Welcome guide 12 days before check-in.

- To get you settle in, basic initial starter items are provided — paper towel, trash bag, toilet paper, soap bar, and dishwasher soap, and detergent.

- WiFi passcode will be in the Welcome guide as well as Vrbo guest app.

- Self check-in with keypad, check-in time after 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.

- Storage access for beach equipment (2 beach chairs, stroller, wheeled cooler, etc.) in building 2, inside the bike storage room, labeled #3801. Keys to open the bike room, and storage lock are hanging on the wall next to the entrance of the condo unit. Please put back after use.

- No smoking in unit or balcony.

- No excessive noise (city ordinance). Keep loud noise on the lanai to a minimum after 10pm.
