Dysfonctionnements importants. Confort inexistant.. Literie Ă  revoir couettes d'un autre temps et la propretĂ©.... Appareils mĂ©nagĂšres pas Ă  portĂ©e de main situĂ© s sur la haut de l'armoire. Il faut monter sur une chaise pour les rĂ©cupĂ©rer et quand ils fonctionnent (grille pain pas prĂ©sentable et hs....) DĂ©tecteur de fumĂ©es hors service. Éclairage coin cuisine, sĂ©jour, salle de bains h. S. Etc. Toilettes du 1er encombres. Je ne recommande pas

Détecteur de fumée H.S. : manquement professionnel grave, prise de risque pour les occupants. Literie incofortable, à changer (lattes cassées, couettes pas tres ragoutanes...). 5 ans que nous venons Ă  Port Guillaume et cette annĂ©e nous avons Ă©courtĂ© notre sĂ©jour d 1 journĂ©e Ă  cause l etat insalubre de l appartement que nous avons louĂ©, au dĂ©pĂŽt des clĂ©s pour mon dĂ©part, l agence ne m a mĂȘme pas accueilli pour Ă©couter ce que j avais Ă  dire. Appartement sale, idem pour la vaisselle et les couettes. Mauvais codes d accĂšs donnĂ©s par l agence Ă  la rĂ©ception des clĂ©s,ce qui 1 compliquĂ© notre arrivĂ©e. Vraiment trĂšs déçu alors que nous adorons ce lieu et cette rĂ©sidence. Vu le prix de la location, c'est inadmissible

TrÚs bon séjour

Couple avec 2 bébés, séjour de 4jours. Location trÚs agréable, grande terrasse appréciable avec une vue magnifique. Résidence trÚs bien située, accÚs à la plage à pieds en 5min. Personnel interhome aimable, souriant et à l'écoute. Par contre nous avons été un peu déçu du ménage à notre arrivée. De grosses toiles d'araignée dans les angles du plafond et le sol poussiéreux. Globalement notre séjour nous a satisfait, nous y retourneront avec plaisir.

Schöne Aussicht, im Winter sehr ruhig. Im Sommer ist es wahrscheinlich lauter durch den Hafen. Kleines Hallenbad.Nettes Personal. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet nur das Licht lĂ€sst zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig.

satisfait , piscine chauffée et une autre extérieure, cool concierge disponible, restaurants a 100m , port a 33m et mer à 400m bémols banc sur terrasse cassé et fuite d'eau aux wc (résolu par interhome en une heure) en ville les poubelles débordent, c est dommage

Bedding was clean but not inviting. Balcony could have done with painting. Curtains left rails when opened. No shower (none advertised). Dust, fluff and spider webs above curtains, on skirting boards and generally. WiFi was frequently interrupted, poor.
