Les Marmott’s - Studio Apartment, Sleeps 4

This charming 23 mÂČ studio apartment in Villarembert, with a ski station within walking distance, swimming pool and sauna in the residence, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 23 mÂČ living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 23 mÂČ living room with TV, pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2, 80×190), dining area, sleeping area with queen-size bed (160×200) and a curtain to separate this space.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, combined microwave and oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, etc.
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A south-facing balcony of approx. 2 mÂČ, overlooking the ski slopes, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Free access to communal areas in the residence:
- Heated outdoor swimming pool, approx. 5×10 metres, secured by an electric shutter, accessible from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August, except on Saturdays. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence. For precise dates, please contact the Corbier tourist office before booking. Outside these dates, the swimming pool is closed.
- Sauna (booking protocol to be checked on site).
- Fitness area.
- Ski locker

The residence is ideally located, 50 m from the ski lift, 300 m from the nearest shops and 350 m from the ESF kindergarten. At an altitude of 1500 m, the Corbier resort offers exceptional panoramic views of the most beautiful neighbouring peaks - everything you need for an enjoyable stay!
A restaurant-bar, "L'Ă©picurien", is open in the residence in winter and summer. It serves tartiflette, fondue, raclette and pizzas. Viennoiserie and bread to order in the morning. Ski equipment hire available...

Activities :
- A wide range of activities are available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-sled rides, ski school 600 metres away, mountain biking...
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO sledge race, human curling, farm visit, torchlit descent.
- A "Family Plus" resort since 2006, with activities for all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park with sledges and scooters for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, exploring the peaks on horseback, "Île aux Dragons" leisure park, etc.

Public transport :
- Bus stop 50 m away serving various parts of the Corbier resort.
- Saint-Jean de Maurienne SNCF train station 25 minutes away by car.
- Chambéry airport 1h15 away by car (shuttle buses available from the airport).
- Drop-off point at the bottom of the residence

Other remarks :
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from the beginning of July to the end of August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the Corbier resort.
- Please note: there are stairs to climb to access the accommodation.
- Free WiFi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Parents are entirely responsible for their children's swimming.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy and clean all appliances after use.

Les Marmott’s "The location was great and as well the apartment. only downside is that you need to walk a bit up till you reach the apartment and if you have a lot of bags (like we did) it can be tiring, so, not really accessible. Parking can be a problem as well, we had to leave our bags and park the car a bit far. Other than that all good. The views of the apartment were great, the apartment is well equipped, clean and we had a wonderful short stay there. I would be back there but not for a short stay, something like a week. Another thing and it was not the case for us (this year since there was not a lot of snow) but I think if there is enough snow you can reach the slopes directly to the entrance of the apartment which is another plus."

Le logement possĂšde des atouts de charme tels qu'un balcon, une piscine chauffĂ©e en extĂ©rieur et un sauna. Le sĂ©jour Ă©tait donc trĂšs agrĂ©able. En revanche, parmi les Ă©quipements de base il faut quand mĂȘme prĂ©voir pas mal de choses. Outre les draps et taies d'oreiller mentionnĂ©es, il faut en plus prĂ©voir du papier toilette, et si vous prĂ©voyez de cuisiner, du sel, du poivre, de l'huile, car ces Ă©lĂ©ments ne sont pas fournis. A savoir, les dimensions des oreillers sont 60x60 et il y a une couette double 140x190 ainsi que deux couettes simples (prĂ©cisions non faites sur l'annonce). Je vous recommande nĂ©anmoins le logement car ses atouts valent absolument le coup de faire quelques efforts de prĂ©paration en plus."

Les Marmott’s "Goede conditie verreist! 🙂 Bij voldoende sneeuw heb je potentieel ski-in/out (echter was de blauwe piste achter het appartement ondanks voldoende sneeuw gesloten, het gebied heeft last van bezuinigingen). Dan loop je dus 8 verdiepingen omhoog met al je spullen vanaf de lift. Ellende! De laatste dagen ben ik voorbij de afzetting gewoon naar beneden geskied. Echter is het niet geprepareerd. Het appartement zit aan de rand van het dorp. Dus het was stil. Zelfs in de kerstvakantie. Er zijn gordijnen! Op de fotos staan ze niet, maar deze hingen er gelukkig wel. Mooi uitzicht op de berg. (Helaas daardoor nooit zon op balkon). E mail met de 'conciĂ«rge' had hij al vertaald naar Engels. Erg fijn. Op het bergje waar de kamer op uitkijkt konden we heel leuk met neefjes en nichtjes sneeuwpoppen maken en sleeĂ«n. 🙁 Uitladen/inladen was een drama. Er is niet genoeg parkeerruimte buiten. Dus je komt aan in een file waar een Fransman je al weg staat te schelden zonder even info te geven over hoe het werkt. Vervolgens heb ik 6grote tassen, 5 boodschappen kratten en twee paar skis 8 verdiepingen omhoog over stalen trappen getild!!! Ik was kapot! En de laatste dag weer terug. Het appartement zit in gebouw C. Dat is de hoogste op de berg van de drie. Ik adviseer te vragen om een parkeerplek in de garage. En koop zo'n inklapbare steekwagen. Het is dan omslachtig maar dan kan je 4 verdiepingen met de lift. Als kers op de taart maakten ze de de trappen ook niet schoon. De een na de ander gleed naar beneden. Maar het personeel had alleen oog voor de entree. De oven kwam alleen maar rook uit. De magnetron functie deed het wel. Op navraag bij conciĂ«rge kreeg ik terug (of ik de goede stand gebruikte'. Wat een zak! Geen enkele stand zou rook moeten veroorzaken. Het is geen rookmachine."

Le lit double n’en n’est pas un, il s’agit de deux petits lits collĂ©s, ce qui n’est pas confortable quand on dort en couple. La personne que j’ai eu Ă  la conciergerie n’est pas dĂšs plus aimable. PrĂ©voir tout votre nĂ©cessaire (papier toilette, sel poivre, sopalin, sac poubelle ect

.aucune indication sur le fait que le trajet a pied est long depuis la rĂ©ception et comporte de nombreux escaliers donc personne Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite s’abstenir !!!! Pas de torchons ni de tapis de bain dans l’appartement
.pas de sel poivre etc 
le dĂ©part avant 10h c’est vraiment abusĂ© on ne peut arriver avant 16h et on doit dĂ©gager avant 10h aucune sollicitude ni Ă©coute
.bref pour la premiĂšre fois avec Airbnb je ne retournerais pas dans ce logement
.dommage a trop vouloir passer par des concierges on perd en humanitĂ© !!!!
