Private: garden (not fenced) with lawn 1'500 m2 wildlife garden. Grocery 8 km, supermarket 8 km, shopping centre 8 km, restaurant 12 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Saint Jacut de la Mer" 12 km. Nearby attractions: Dinan 10 km, Vallée de la Rance, St Malo 27 km, Cap Fréhel 34 km, Mont St Michel 58 km. Please note: car recommended. Object suitable for 6 adults + 3 children.
5-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: large living/dining room 25 m2 with open-hearth fireplace, TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso), cooking island). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 children's room with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Gallery with 2 beds (90 cm). Bath/shower, sep. WC with corner bath. Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6), box-room. View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Belle maison extérieure

Jolie maison en pierre, grand jardin ,il y a tout ce que l'on a besoin la seul chose qui me ma pas convenu c'est la propreté ( cafetière, grille pain, four, lave-vaisselle......)et les protèges matelas !! Pour l'accueil la dame est très gentille, agréable et ponctuelle .

Super séjour, très calme, maison agréable la dame pour les clefs très gentille. Le seul problème c'est le ménage !! (Cafetière sale l'aspirateur pas vider four sale etc .. )un état des lieux pour le nettoyage devrait être effectué .

Typich bretonisch!

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in diesem sehr gemütlichen Ferienhaus mit sehr großem Garten. Es ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und rustikal, wie man es sich in der Bretagne vorstellt. Das Grundstück ist nicht umzäunt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe ging promlemlos.Es liegt sehr gut, um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Wir können das Haus empfehlen

A nice home in the green

A nice house, in the middle of nowhere, with a great garden. Has all equippment you need, and a lot of beds. But be aware, really in the middle of nowhere. Closest bakery/ shop around 5km.

Nous avons passés un bon séjour la maison est très belle et bien aménagée le seul bémol serait le stationnement devant et qu'elle soit pas complétement clôturé malgré tous nous avons passer un excellent séjour je recommande le secteur

Nous avons été très déçus par la propreté des lieux. L'agence nous avait garanti un nettoyage et une désinfection de la maison, ce qui nous avait rassuré, surtout en cette période d'épidémie, mais à notre arrivée, le ménage n'avait visiblement pas été fait, ou du moins très superficiellement. Dans les salles de bain il y avait encore les traces des vacanciers précédents. Cependant la maison est bien équipée et adaptée pour une famille de 7 personnes et le jardin est beau et grand.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, mais avons été très déçus par la propreté des lieux. L'agence qui nous a confirmé la réservation nous avait garanti un nettoyage et une désinfection de la maison, ce qui nous avait rassuré, surtout en cette période d'épidémie, mais à notre arrivée, le ménage n'avait visiblement pas été fait, ou du moins très superficiellement. Dom na odludziu

Plusy: ładny ogród, duże łazienki, bardzo dobrze wyposażona, przestronna kuchnia, duży salon. Minusy: sypialnie nie przygotowane na wynajem. Rzeczy gospodarzy zamknięte w szafach, dla naszych rzeczy prawie nie było miejsca. Szuflady w komodach niezbyt czyste, tak więc dużą część rzeczy trzymaliśmy w walizkach, co nie jest komfortowe przez tydzień mieszkania. Po jednym dniu skończył się gaz w kuchence. Żadnych informacji np.o okolicznych sklepach, a jest daleko do najbliższego sklepu.

Lantlig Idyll

Bodde en vecka i Juli på Les Agapanthes i Languenan, ca 50 minuter norr om Rennes. Detta är en pärla - dock var vi lite vilseledda att det skulle finnas livsmedelsaffär, bagare och café 1,5 km från huset - detta är inkorrekt! Efter kontroll med grannar fick vi besked att det finns ingenting i Languenan centrum vilket visade sig stämma - det finns dock större butiker i Dinan, ca 10-15 minuter bort så det var ändå OK. Sänglinne och handdukar skulle tydligen ha bokats innan, då det uppstod förvirring med ägarens representant, detta kan framgå i Interhomes text tycker jag.

There are facilities on spot however it appears these were not open during your stay. Very Poor

This property was not clean, the garden was overgrown and upon arrival we were told that the oven did not work - no attempt made to remedy this fact. The living room has a very musty smell so was not usable, and the showing needed a good clean along with the rest of the house.
