Relax and rejuvenate at this beautiful Pelican Sound Golf and River Club coach home. It boasts an exquisite water view of The Lakes #5 pond and green. Recently updated coastal decor invites you to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the screened lanai. The spacious master bedroom shares the water view and access to the lanai with a king size bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. If necessary, a desk in the master bedroom offers a lovely space to work.
The guest bedroom includes two twin size beds with an adjacent full bathroom. The den adds additional space for guests with a queen sleeper sofa. Custom barn doors offer privacy.
The cozy living room has a large TV. Both Internet and cable access are included.
The well stocked kitchen and open concept design makes meal prep a breeze. The laundry room includes a washer and dryer. All linens, bath, and beach towels are provided. Grilling areas are available at neighborhood pools. Both a small charcoal and gas grill are provided. A single stall garage and two parking spots are included.
An optional transfer fee allows renters to enjoy all the amenities at pelican sound including: reduced green fees, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, community pools and hot tubs, fitness center, and fitness classes. The newly renovated Pelican Sound Club House boasts the 2020 Club House of the Year-Renovation Category.
It features three unique restaurants. In addition, The River Club restaurant is near the Estero River. A complimentary pontoon shuttle takes guests to Lover’s
Key Beach.
Pelican Sound is a gated community. Coconut Point shopping center and Miromar Outlet Mall are nearby. Regional Southwest Airport (RSW) is only 12 miles away.
Renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age. Absolutely no smoking allowed. One month or 30 day minimum rental. 90 day minimum rental for the high season of January, February and March.
Pelican Sound prohibits renters from having pets. Pelican Sound Association rules and regulations apply. Damage deposit of $1500 required. Or, in lieu of the deposit, a one time $59 insurance policy is offered.

We couldn't have asked for anything better!

We were simply delighted with our stay. The unit has a lovely, peaceful setting with a beautiful water view. All areas of the unit were well-equipped and pleasantly decorated. We had a small problem with the flap on the ice-maker, but the owners had already set up an appointment for the repair which occurred shortly after we arrived. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions we had - like how to operate the TV (it was a smart TV and you speak to it to change channels!) Pelican Sound has wonderful amenities that made for an active and enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone interested in an easy-living and peaceful place to vacation.
