1-room apartment 25 m2 on 1st floor, south facing position. Beautiful furnishings: entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm). Living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Sleeping alcove with 1 french bed (140 cm). Kitchenette (oven, 2 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Small balcony. View of the mountains and the ski run. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. This property is situated in building A. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Decent but also room to the top

Convenient appartment with sunny south facing balcony and attractive alpine nature around. The pictures on the website do not fully reflect the condition of the apartment. Seat covers, balcony door and parts of the bathrom are not in best shape anymore. The apartment would definetly benefit from some minor repairs. Theres also no furniture for the balcony.

Günstige gemütliche Wohnung

Einfache, saubere Wohnung. Dusche neu gemacht (anstatt Badewanne). Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ausreichende Ausstattung. Zu beachten ist allerdings, dass der 100 m entfernte Lift ins Skigebiet je nach Saison und Schneelage außer Betrieb sein kann. Dann muss man mit dem Auto ins 5km entfernte La Toussuire, wo aber ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Das Stockbett steht im Eingangsbereich.

Le logement était très bien, propre, bien situé, bien équipé. Aucun défaut ou inconvénient n'est à signaler si ce n'est un petit truc : l'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas.

Knusse woning

Woning is prijs/ kwaliteit goed. Voor twee personen ideaal maar om er vier personen te laten overnachten is wel heel optimistisch. In de beschrijving was een oven en combimagnetron belooft en aangezien er geen winkel in het dorpje was waren onze boodschappen daarop voorzien ( enkel microgolfoven aanwezig). Geen probleem als je dat vooraf weet.

Thank you for the feedback. Please rest assured that the microwave provided also has oven function. In case usage is not clear and guests cannot find the instruction, please contact the keyholder on site for directions.

Maison rez-de-chaussée

Il faut changer un radiateur près du lit qui fait du bruit, la nuit c'est gênant. La porte-fenêtre ferme très mal.. A part cela, appartement correct.

Cet appartement est sympathique et fonctionnel, dans l'entrée deux lits simples superposés puis dans le salon/cuisine un deuxième lit double traditionnel. Petit mais très fonctionnel pour 4. Rangements dans l'entrée, rangement sous les lits superposés et commode sous la télé. A 15 minutes de la Toussuire et 15 minutes de Saint Jean de Maurienne.

Manque de vaisselle et aucune poêle et casserole. Niveau literie manque de protection jetable sur les literie.

Heerlijke appartment in Bottieres

Fijn appartement. Mooi ingericht met goede grote keuken. Prettig is dat er een vast 2 persoonsbed inzet (dus geen gedoe met slaapbanken). Het appartement ligt op loopafstand van de skilift. Enige nadeel is dat er niet altijd genoeg sneeuw ligt en dat je dan met de skibus of auto naar Toussuire moet. Gelukkig een klein stukje van ongeveer 15 minuten. Voor de 4G liefhebbers, het is geen internet en de 4G kan met sneeuwval tegenvallen.

petit mais honnête

Séjour d'une petite semaine (1 adulte et 3 ados). Heureusement que la météo nous a permis de sortir du studio. Sinon, c'est vraiment petit. Le couple de concierges a eu l'amabilité de nous "réserver" une place de parc. Sympa et merci à eux. Il nous a semblé que de l'eau fuitait sous les WC?...
