Stylish villa, situated by the pond Koukkulampi, scenic and peaceful location in Kuusamo (6,5 km) Outdoor and recreational areas are in the immediate vicinity. Excellent opportunities for hiking and fishing. Spa Kuusamo Tropiikki, golf course and Angry Birds Activity Park only 2 km away. Only about 15 minutes drive to Ruka.

Stylish and well equipped villa, built in 2005. Spacious and bright living room, bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: 2 beds, bedroom 3: sofa bed for 2, mattress for 2, combined kitchen, large utility room, sauna (electric stove), 2 showers, dressing room, large terrace.

The third bedroom has an office desk, desktop computer with external monitor, printer and scanner. The cottage has a Wifi connection, so it is well suited for teleworking, for example.

Villa is also suitable for small groups and for business meetings. Meeting facilities; internet (cable and wlan), pc, printer and photocopying. Dataprojector, screen and flipchart by prior agreement. Two TVs (65" and 32"), PlayStation, Apple Tv and electric piano.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Liegt wunderschön inmitten finnischer Waldlandschaft, keine anderen Häuser in Sichtweite. Top Ausstattung, wunderschöne Umgebung mit direktem Seezugang, perfekte Distanz für Touren und Ausflüge in Ruka und Kuusamo. Es war alles perfekt und ein richtiges Highlight.
