2-family house " Rubigny", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, 4.2 km from the skiing area, south-east facing position. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers. Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Le Chateau" 1.4 km, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 8.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km, thermal baths 10 km. Tennis 5 km, gondola lift 4 km, ski bus stop 10 m, ice rink 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: EVASION MONT BLANC. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence.
2-room apartment 45 m2, on the ground floor, south-east facing position. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Shower, sep. WC. Oil heating. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung. Morgens kommt die Sonne über den Berg. Perfekt um das Frühstück im Freien zu genießen. Die Vermieter sind ein sehr nettes Ehepaar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Besser für 2 als für 4 Personen, beste Lage zum Skibus (Abfahrtszeiten beachten), reines Ski-Quartier, keine Restaurants etc. in der Nähe.

Excelente apartamento a nivel de jardín y con vistas al Montblanc. Excelente situación del pueblo en medio de la Alta Saboya. Excelente comunicación con Turín y el Valle de Aosta a través del túnel del Montblanc. Vida musical en la iglesia de Saint Pierre d’Argentière. Temperatura muy agradable en agosto. Los propietarios se mostraron muy amables y atentos a nuestras preguntas sobre la zona.

Een heerlijk huis met fantastisch uitzicht

Het huis ligt behoorlijk hoog 6.6 km klimmen met de auto. Het huis ligt prachtig in de bergen. Maar de locatie is moeilijk te vinden. De verhuurders zijn geweldige mensen. Ze spreken alleen Frans communicatie is moeilijk. Maar zijn fantastische mensen . Het uitzicht op de montblanc is geweldig.

Très bon séjour

Facile à trouver et bien situé. Accès facile. Pleins de visites et activités à faire autour. St Gervais est très beau et agréable. Le plus de cette location est que les propriétaires sont charmants et chaleureux !!! N'hésitez pas à réserver chez eux car ce sont vraiment de très belles personnes à rencontrer et qui donnent l'envie de retourner chez eux.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in dieser Unterkunft und werden es nächstes Mal wieder buchen. Sehr nette Vermieter.Die Unterkunft haben wir für unseren Skiurl. benutzt und wir sind zufrieden. Es ist schlicht, aber vollkommen ausreichend für zwei Personen.
