Shop, grocery, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 800 m, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.7 km. Tennis 800 m, minigolf 800 m, skisport facilities 1.5 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ice rink 1.1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Chalet Mendiaux", 5-room chalet 200 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Bath/WC, shower. Electric heating. Balcony, south facing position. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smoking house. TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

Emplacement idéal à l’écart du centre tout est accessible à pied commerces, Train du Mont Blanc , piscine .. Ce chalet spacieux et fonctionnel mériterait une nouvelle déco plus au goût du jour. Merci à l’équipe de St Gervais pour son accueil et sa disponibilité

Bien pero con falta de limpieza.

La vivienda en general estaba bien, pero la limpieza pésima. Había suelos sucios, telarañas, las sábanas desechables de los anteriores inquilinos aún puestas, horno sucio, fregona vieja y sucia, escoba sucia, aspiradora sin funcionar.

Casa con buena distribución donde estuvimos cómodamente ubicadas 12 personas (5 niños), buen jardín, vistas y bien equipado. Buena relación calidad precio. A pocos minutos de los telecabinas de Sant Gervais y contamines. A mejorar la limpieza en la entrega de la casa

Superbe chalet, tout equipé. Tout est spacieu des chambres a la cuisine jusqu 'a la salle de bain! Bon emplacement, proche dun arret de bus. Espace exterieur pour jouer dehors et se garer.

Hem estat molt bé a la casa de Saint Gervais, la veritat és que sempre esperes que alguna cosa no sigui com a les fotos però tot era com a les fotos, i hi havia a més un bon pati, un gran entorn de muntanyes. I com coneixia la zona sabia on anava.

Grand chalet spacieux

Grand chalet spacieux et agréable. Bien agencé et confortable Ménage un peu cher pour la prestation , à notre arrivée il y avait des toiles d’araignées au plafond et le four salle . Mais ça ne remet pas en cause la qualité du chalet ! Juste du menage à ce a certains endroits
