In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop, grocery, restaurant 20 m, bus stop "Le Pont" 250 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5 km. Tennis 1.4 km, minigolf 1.4 km, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 20 m, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked.

Une excellente localisation

Nous avons séjourné durant la semaine du nouvel an 2024/2025 avec mon épouse et mes enfants. L'appartement est parfaitement situé en plein centre de Saint Gervais avec un parking très pratique. Un petit bémol sur lumière de la hotte et celle au dessus de l'évier qui ne fonctionnent pas et qui complique un peu la préparation de la cuisine

Appartement bien équipé, mais avec quelques objets manquants. Réfrigérateur et certaines robinetteries défectueux. Matelas des deux petits lits à changer ainsi que la batterie de casseroles, le matelas de 140 est neuf. On peut avoir Internet si on loue la box Wifi à l'agence. Un gros problème : les nids d'oiseau sous le toit de la chambre à 1 lit; le balcon est rempli de fientes d'oiseau et de cadavres d'oiseau tombés du nid; je suis sortie pour nettoyer et j'ai pris des crottes sur la tête ...

Fin lägenhet med bra läge mitt i hjärtat av mysig, livfull stad. Dock två nackdelar; obekväma sängar och mkt trångt garage. Tvingades montera av vår takbox och lägga skidorna i bilen hela veckan. Hade fått info om gratis parkering på gatan, men inte att det man bara fick stå i 1,5 h och att det alltid var fullt på gatans parkering.

Great location and great apartment well kitted out. Easily comfortable enough for the five of us and great for cycling in the Alps with plenty of Tour de France routes around the area. Basement secure garage for the car with an individual garage. Good value
