2-room apartment 32 m2 on 4th floor. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 15 m2, north-west facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: no parking. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Small underground parking space. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

L'emplacement est excellent et la vue magnifique. Cependant, l'intérieur est beaucoup trop ancien et la place de parking est très exiguë (avec une citadine ça passe, avec une berline c'est très difficile, avec un SUV il faut oublier)
