Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure all keys to include beach access key and controller are left in the kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are required to electronically sign a renter's agreement and provide ID as listed on VRBO.
A security deposit hold is required prior to arrival and automatically will released 2 days after checkout unless there is any damage to the unit.
No smoking of any kind. Failure to follow this rule will automatically forfeit security deposit.

This place is located in a quiet area north of Aguada and close to Aguadilla & Rincon. The house was clean comfortable enough for a family of 3 and had everything that you could need to make your beach adventure an unforgettable one.

Host was very welcoming and accommodating at first . However there were few things that needed attention. Towels were stained and dingy. When letting Host know he quickly had someone send me better towels. I also addressed an insect problem. We first discovered one roach in the bedroom. Host apologized and stated that he would have someone spray . I told him that I did not want anyone spraying while we were staying because I did not want to be inhaling spray and I also had my pet with us. I then noticed few more roaches in kitchen area and in bedroom. At this point it was starting to look like an infestation problem. Sent Host pictures because at this point I was really disgusted. Host suggested that if I wanted to I can find other accommodations if I was feeling uncomfortable. Host stated he would refund me the last two nights. I wasn’t able to find anything that was available. Host was able to find me another rental in the same community. We were out of his house by 1 pm . Host did not give the full two day refund as he stated he would. He stated that I did not leave by 11 and that he was the one to help me find a place therefore he wasn’t going to issue me the full 2 day as he promised. He stated that no one else complained about his roach problem. I was extremely shocked and disappointed in this response. Hopefully he will take care of this roach problem. We loved the community and the location and close proximity to the beach . Community pool was very nice.

Great escape from the noisy city

I’ve been wanted to have a relaxing vacation with pool and beach for my son. Casa Tortuga gave me that! Very quiet neighborhood, clean and easy to self check in and check out. Only concern is that the mattress was too firm for my back and neck. Hope they can be replaced for softer and comfier ones. However, I will book again!
