Our beautiful home boasts four large bedrooms and a loft (perfect for kids) as well as 3 large full bathrooms. The cozy waterfront home sits on 2 acres of forested land on Little St. Germain Lake and is the perfect place to make family memories.

Snowmobilers, this is your dream getaway! We’re thrilled to offer direct snowmobile access right from the backyard—hop on your sleds and cruise straight onto the lake with ease. Little St. Germain is calling, so bring your fishing gear and get ready for unforgettable winter adventures. With a giant turnaround driveway, there’s plenty of room for trailers and easy parking right at the house. No loading, no hassle—just drive out of the driveway and hit the trails. Winter fun starts the moment you arrive!

Our home has a dock, kayaks & SUP's, floating water pad, and a firepit by the beautiful sandy shoreline, the perfect place to relax on a sunny afternoon or starry night. Take in the sunset and the wildlife while preparing meals on the gas grill, and then retreat indoors to play games with the family. You'll love it here!

Nestled on the banks of East Bay Little Saint Germain Lake, fishing, swimming, and water sports are all easily accessible from right outside your door. The town of St. Germain is nearby and offers some great local restaurants, shops, mini golf, and go-karts. The Northwoods area is also home to an extensive snowmobile trail system as well as ATV/UTV trails for fun and excitement throughout the year. You can connect to the famous Bo-Boen snowmobile trail right down the road from this home! Access to the trail system is right at the end of the driveway.

We have stayed at this property repeatedly, as it is our favorite on Little St. Germain. We enjoy the water toys, the fire pit, easy access to the bike trails, and ALL the amenities the house has to offer. Game nights on a large table, comfortable/large bedrooms, and space for family dinners are a priority for us. This cabin has all of that.

Great for family trip. Included out neighbors family for our annual snowmobile trip. Enjoyed plenty of room in the great room for everyone to have a wonderful time. Lots of parking for cars and snowmobiles. Beds were excellent and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again!!

The home is exactly how to described. We had a group of 11 and we all had a spot without being cramped. We had one issue and they took care of it immediately. It was a really great touch, the s’mores kit and even better it had gluten-free graham crackers. Two people in our group have celiac disease and it was a nice surprise to have a treat for us. The house was clean the kitchen had everything you could’ve possibly needed. It had a great pantry that we were able to store all of our food in. It was discussed the staircase, which is a little tricky, but it didn’t bother us. The walk down to the lake is down a hill and does get tiring at times however, the views and the deer visiting are well worth it. It’s fantastic having your cup of coffee in the morning and the deer are coming up to visit. We brought our boat for tubing and the lake was definitely not busy. We normally had the area in front of the house all to ourselves. It was fantastic. We had plenty of room for all of our vehicles and the trailer of the boat.

The cabin was beautiful and well stocked. It offered plenty of space for our 4 1/2 year grandson to play, especially since the weather didn't really cooperate with us. I appreciated having the grill, as that is where we did most of our cooking. We often find the lighting in kitchens of the VRBOs we stay in to be lacking. The lighting here was fantastic. The deer were obviously very comfortable with having people around. I'm glad we really did not need the loft because the spiral staircase was very narrow.

This was perfect for my annual Snowmobile trip. We were able to ride down to the lake and cut across to the markers. You could also road ride a short distance if ice conditions aren't safe. Plenty of room with everything you need. Quiet area with a lot of deer.

This home was beautiful and very comfortable for our family gathering of 6 adults. The spiral stairs to go to the upstairs is no joke! The kitchen was well stocked and the ice maker was very helpful. The living room was comfortable for everyone. Thank you for sharing this lovely home with us.

Great place to vacation!

Great property to stay at. Large home, plenty of beds, clean and cozy. Great kitchen to prepare meals in. Nice dock for lake access and a nice fire pit area to enjoy. Local wildlife are also very friendly as is the property hosts. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!

Our group of 4 couples had a relaxing time at this wonderful home. We ate all meals there, and the kitchen provided everything we needed. What a great benefit. We sat by the firepit often, and one person used a kayak as our late September weekend boasted summer-like weather. The home was spotless when we arrived and fit our proup perfectly!
