This newly updated townhome is warm and inviting with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It features a ground level grilling patio, a laptop-friendly workspace and two bedrooms each equipped with plush king-sized mattresses. You will absolutely love being able to borrow the two complimentary cruiser bikes to explore the local area and then return home to our beautiful space. This townhome is within walking distance to Old Town Fort Collins, New Belgium Brewery and the Poudre River Trail!

During your stay, you’ll love that you can walk to restaurants, nightlife, shopping, or any number of events in Old Town Fort Collins. Enjoy a fun-filled day touring local breweries, relaxing near the river, or shopping in Old Town. Then head home for a relaxing evening in our quiet and intimate community. You will appreciate being near the vibrancy of downtown all while enjoying the beautiful mountain views and relaxing atmosphere of our neighborhood. The rooftop deck with lounge chairs, a gas fire pit and mountain views is the perfect place to end the day!

BATHROOMS: Main floor half bath, en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom, hairdryers, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

Close to downtown district

The house was clean, and everything we may have needed was there, dishes and glasses. The patio was nice to sit outside. It was slightly over a mile to downtown, and super hot when we were there, so we drove. Might be ok to walk if it was 60 or 70. The area is super quiet. Needed to contact the owner for a garage code and she got right back to us.

Two bedroom, ttwo and a half bath townhome in a beautiful little neighborhood close to downtown. Kitchen very well equipped and the host was extremely responsive.

The property was exactly as described. The space is open and accommodation comfortable. The big plus is the upstairs deck which is perfect for watching the sunset. Great spot. Highly recommended!

I thought the property was well kept and in a good neighborhood. I found stripping the bed a bit strange, also no mirrors in the bedrooms and more tables for suitcases would be good.

Great location and nice place

We had a nice stay and it was really convenient to everything in Fort Collins. It was quiet and the place was clean, with all the kitchen essentials. Our full size SUV would not fit into the garage and street parking was quite a challenge. Other than that, we would certainly stay here again.

So cute!

We loved, loved, loved this place! The location was great, the place was clean, the outdoor space with the lights and firepit are amazing! There are certain extra personal touches that hosts don't usually think about (coffee, salt, pepper, shampoo, make-up wipes!) that Stacy did! We will be back and will also make sure we check out the other Mountain Time Vacation Rentals!

Great location

Great location to old town Fort Collins and cute neighborhood. Loved the roof top deck with fire pit and bikes available to ride to town! We did have to remove sheets on beds and take trash out before check out. I have stayed in various short term rentals and they all have different rules. Being on vacation I would prefer to not have to do that but I’ll still give 5 stars.

Things we liked: +Location +Size of beds +Number of bathrooms +Garage parking +2 bikes Things that were just ok +We requested three times for early check in and never got a clear yes or no on the day of which left us hanging +The light is the bedrooms from other properties kept us up. The rooms need blackout curtains +Some of the lights didn't work +There were only 2 bikes but four guests +There was a significant amount of work on our end for checkout. I know this is often common for this type of rental but consider the check in process and wait time, we were hoping for less

Perfect location for adventures around the Poudre Canyon Area

We were looking for a place where four of us could sleep comfortably, we could make our own meals, visit with family who live in Fort Collins, and have easy access to all the trails in and around the Poudre Canyon area. This lovely little house checked all the boxes for us! The house was exactly as described. In fact, I was surprised to find that there was a half bath downstairs off the kitchen as well as en suite bathrooms for each bedroom. The neighborhood was well maintained, and we often took advantage of the proximity to the walking/riding trails. The off-street parking in the garage was much appreciated, even though it was a little nerve-wracking to park! (Be very careful if you're parking anything bigger than a Subaru Outback, but it would be perfect for a smaller car!) Check in and check out was easy. We didn't need anything from the host immediately while we were there, but I've no doubt she would have responded quickly had we needed. One minor (very minor) note: It would be nice to have some cleaning supplies / dish towels to clean up our messes. We did the best we could with what we had, but we absolutely used the well-equipped kitchen to full advantage, so messes were made. The house was clean and well-furnished. It really was exactly what we needed / wanted. I would have no hesitation booking this again, and feel confident in recommending it.

Only minor disappointment was dirt and nails on floor of rooftop deck from a construction crew. The location was excellent and the neighborhood was quiet. The unit was all it was advertised to be.

Lousy customer service. Our experience was one of trying to interact with an impersonal corporate rental company. Very much the opposite of the other reviews, which makes us wonder if management has recently changed hands. Calls were not returned. There were mostly automated responses to messages. Handbook in our rental was apparently not up to date. Exterior painting was underway during our entire stay, see pictures, below. Upper deck not functional.
Our front door. Also, when we arrived the first night the porch light was broken. Reported to Stacy, but not fixed.
The deck was a mess the entire time and not useable.

This townhouse was fabulous! It was immaculate and it had everything that we needed! The upstairs outdoor deck, even though we did not use it as we were busy our whole stay, is lovely! The beds are comfortable, nice to have two full ensuites and then a powder room downstairs! Stacy is a treasure to deal with and for sure we would rent it again! Don’t hesitate!
