Great family stay in Oleron

Great and quiet location next to a lot of attraction and beaches. House is well designed for families with a private garden and commin swimming pool is great, Furnitures and bathroom would need a refresh. You cannot sleep in the sofa for example. Appartment got only minimum cleaning upon arrival.

Séjour d'une semaine sur l'île

Location un peu juste niveau propreté : moisissures dans la douche, barbecue rouillé inutilisable, parasol délavé, ustensiles de cuisine qui ne donnent pas envie de cuisiner. Il y a également un pb avec l'électricité : pas de lumière dans la sdb (mais l'agence a trouvé une solution provisoire) et l'interrupteur pour allumer la pièce principale (salon et cuisine) est derrière le frigo ... Le canapé du salon mériterait vraiment d'être changé ainsi que les chaises de la cuisine très inconfortables. Des points positifs cependant à ne pas négliger : une piscine bien entretenue, un lave linge et un lave vaisselle si besoin. Propriété calme avec une place de parking.

Très convenable

Location calme mais un peu éloignée des commerces essentiels. Spacieux avec extérieur, mais quelques détails de finition à revoir (crochets de rideaux qui tombent, fil électrique volant pour palier à un éclairage d'évier défectueux, clic clac inconfortable). Néanmoins suffisant pour quelques jours et bon rapport qualité prix. Comme c'était une nouvelle location, des améliorations ont dû être apportées depuis.
