Beautiful, modern furnished holiday home for 2-8 people with main and outbuilding, two sun terraces and a large garden near the beach on the Ile d'Oléron. Lovingly and comfortably furnished (from washing machine to WiFi), suitable for families with small children as well as for adult couples. Five minutes by bike to the large sandy beach.

The rental price refers to the main house with two bedrooms for a total of up to 5 people, a bathroom, two separate toilets, spacious living / dining area, fully equipped kitchen. The neighboring house can be rented for an additional EUR 200 per week and offers space for another 4 people with two further bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. In total, the main and outbuilding can be occupied by a maximum of 8 people.

Top-Lage für Strandurlaub

Ein schönes Haus in allerbester Lage, um von dort aus mit den hauseigenen Fahrrädern den tollen Strand zu erreichen. Erholung pur. Supermarkt und Boulangerie in der Nähe - optimal.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und liegt in ruhiger Lage nicht weit von Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, sogar Fahrräder (mit Anhänger) und Surfboards sind vorhanden. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern hat gut geklappt. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen!

Traumurlaub für unsere Familie

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem großzügig bemessenen und ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Alles war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad auf einem schönen Weg durch die Dünen den herrlichen Strand. Das Ortszentrum mit Supermarkt, Bäckerei, einigen Marktständen und Restaurants ist ebenfalls nur fünf Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Super Feriendomizil auf der Ile d´Oleron!

Wir haben uns im Oktober für 7 Tage als Familie mit 2 Kindern in diesem wunderschönen Haus rundum wohl gefühlt! Das sehr großzügige Haus ist in allen Belangen super ausgestattet und hält, was in der Beschreibung versprochen wird! Die Lage lädt zu wunderbaren Ausflügen in der Region ein. Der tolle Strand ist weitläufig und mit den Fahrrädern schnell zu erreichen. Ebenfalls schnell erreichbar ist das Ortszentrum, welches alle Möglichkeiten der Versorgung gewährleistet! Wir werden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Urlaub im August 2015 in diesem wunderschönen Domizil.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus liegt an einer Sackgasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr 5 Fahradminuten vom Ordtzentrum entfernt mit allen Möglichkeiten der Versorgung incl. Frischen Gebäck und allem was man sonst so in Frank gerne hat! Das großzügige Haus bietet mehr als ausreichend Platz und insbesondere Kinder können durch die verkehrsberuhigte Lage frei herumlaufen. Der Strand ist weitläufig und mit den hauseigenen Fahrrädern in 10 min zu erreichen. Joggen und Radfahren geht von der Haustür aus, die Insel ist für Familientouren wie gemacht, der Austernliebhaber kommt auf seine Kosten. Man kann seine Familie mit ausreichend Kultur versorgen, die Insel bietet auch hier viel kleine Sehenswürdigkeiten. la rochelle und Bordeaux sind Tagesausflüge Wert, die Gegend ist voller Geschichte. Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus erwartet Sie mit allem was das ruhige Urlaubsherz begehrt!
