Holiday apartment, built in 2006, bedroom: double bed, loft: double bed, combined kitchen/living room, electric sauna. Downstairs 48 m² and upstairs 10 m². Construction will be taking place in the area in 2025-26, which may cause occasional noise disturbance. Apartment situated near Central Ruka area. Karhunvartijan pirtti C4 is situated on the left side of Hiihtokouluntie road.
Additional equipment: Water kettle, home theatre. Please inform the caretaker if You need a baby cot and/or high chair.
Other distances: Oulanka National Park / Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 23km, Riisitunturi Fell 29 km.
Additional information: Flat panel television. Balcony towards Lake Kitkajärvi (away from fell). There is a wall on loft but no door (only doorway). Ski maintenance room in the next building (B).
