Beautiful views and location

The property is fantastic! Views of the bay and gulf, golf courses and across SanDestin and Destin. Laundry in-unit, an awesome pool area, and short walk to the beach. Quiet unit in Luau 1 with comfortable seating and bed with a fabulous balcony. We had such a great time here.

Lovely place!

Our family of 4 had a great time here. The unit was very clean and all essentials were included. The only drawback I would say is that we had iffy beach weather (two double red flag days in a row- meaning no ocean for kids) over the week and pool got packed. People often saved chairs in the morning (same as the beach spots) so that was a little irritating especially when we didn’t see those people for hours at the pool after they saved 5 chairs. It would be nice to have access to some of the other close pools in Sandestin and may have paid a little extra if we could have used the beach side pools too. While we did have access to two other pools, they were not close so not worth it. The listing made it sound like we had access to more pools than we really did. Overall it really is just the one - unless you want to drive to the other side of the property or to the other section of Sandestin on the bay side. The view from the unit was amazing and even caught the sunrise on the bay side. Some older furnishings - especially on the patio - but overall everything suited our needs very well! We would definitely stay here again.

November beach and tennis getaway

We love coming to SanDestin and staying at the Luau. Condo is clean and comfortable. Great views of the wrap around balcony and all the windows. Bette was great and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay!

The check in process was easy and Bette was awesome in staying in contact with us if we had any questions. Great location and definitely plan on renting this condo again in the future!

A fabulous location and a gorgeous view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed at 7708 Luau I for the first time this October. In fact, this was our first time in Florida. The condo was perfect for a family of 4 with amazing views of the ocean, resort and beyond. Easy access to a beautiful pool and hot tub and an easy jaunt to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shop made it easy for our family to relax. The shuttle service, free to guests of the property, allowed us to adventure to numerous places around the resort. Shuttle drivers were welcoming and helpful.Lovely Bette from the property management company was an absolute angel and went out of her way to assist us when we ran into some logistical problems (totally our own fault) before and during our stay. My one minor recommendation would be to look into a new mattress for the fold out sofa. :) Otherwise, our stay at this condo was fantastic and we can't wait to go back.
