• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Credit card information will be required to be held in case of bike loss or damage.

A nice setup for the whole family

We stayed at Off the Hook for 2 weeks at the end of July/August. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs with us and enjoyed the extra space of having a house! It was a short golf cart ride to the beach. The house is in the back of the neighborhood so it would be a longer walk. I would recommend a golf cart if you carry toys, cooler, chairs, etc. to the beach with you. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home!

Restful and Relaxing

We had a wonderful visit during our stay in Old Florida Village. We loved the cottage and the little neighborhood. Kismet was responsive and friendly to our needs! If you ever plan to stay in the 30A area, we highly recommend booking with them.
