Great House
We had a great experience renting the Sundial. Pool was perfect size and location was just a short walk from the beach. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The only con we had was the beds. Very loud when sat on or rolled on and Uncomfortable.
Great girls trip to the beach
This house was the perfect place for our beach trip. The house was clean and we really enjoyed having a private pool. We all had our own bedrooms with a TV. I would say the only negative was that the bed in the front bedroom was a bit older and hard on my back.
Overall great place to stay!
Nice location
We were able to walk a short distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and ice cream! The weather was great. We had a good time. It was our first visit to Destin.
July Family Vacation
My family and I had a very nice week here. The owners were quick to send check in instructions/key. Location was fabulous in relation to beach, restaurants and shopping. We loved the neighborhood. Crystal Beach is an amazing beach — highly recommend! Towels were all clean stocked nicely. The pool was nice. It was nice to have a separate game table for our puzzle. The house had pretty much everything we needed.
Overall it was a lovely stay but there are a few things to make note of:
Master bed for sure needs a new mattress. Any movement of any kind is very loud. The other beds were fine. The furniture worked but needs replacing. There are currently plywood boards under each cushion of couch and chairs to keep them alive.
The cleanliness was good on the surface but it really needs a deep clean and a change in cleaners. The bedrooms, laundry room, and under/behind furniture had large number of dust rolls on all edges of walls in carpeted rooms, and a few dead roaches as well. And the lights on the path between the pool and driveway do not work.
We would probably stay here again but the mattress...please replace!

The house was really nice. We loved the location, the pool, the layout and the neighborhood. The master bedroom needs a new mattress.
Wonderful Vacation
We have stayed in Destin several times. This was our first time at the Sundial. We really enjoyed our time at this rental. It was very clean, which is very important to me. The owners, Vicki and Mike are amazing and so friendly. They were very quick to respond to any concerns we had. We were able to bring our fur babies for a reasonable fee. The pool was great! We so enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be booking with them again!
