Trailer Parking: One boat trailer is permitted on-site for your convenience.

The Home
Experience comfort and privacy in this thoughtfully laid-out 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home (sleeps up to 5).
Split Floor Plan: Bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house for maximum privacy. Master Suite: Features a comfortable King-size bed.
Guest Room: Equipped with 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed—ideal for kids or extra guests. Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare the day’s fresh catch. Outdoor Living: A screened porch houses the washer/dryer, leading out to your private oasis.

Rental Details & Policies
Occupancy: Maximum of 5 guests (Strictly enforced per city 200 sq. ft. ordinance).
Stay Requirement: 7-night minimum with Saturday-to-Saturday check-in (4 PM) and check-out (10 AM).
Pet Policy: One small, non-shedding dog allowed ($200 pet fee). No cats.
Exclusions: Cabana Club access is not included. This is a strictly non-smoking home.

-Cleaning Fee: $200
-Pool Heat/Chill: $165 per week (Advanced notice required).
-Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended during Hurricane Season (June 1 – Nov 30). Full refunds are only issued in the event of a mandatory evacuation.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take the trash out to the curb on Friday night
Please strip all used beds gathered by living room floor.
Please make sure to turn off the light and make sure pool light is off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This home was excellent, clean, listing was accurate, communication with host was great. This was our first trip to Marathon and being able to book our stay with Pattie at this house made it our family Best vacation ever. Boat Dock was perfect for our 20’ center console boat. If you want a tropical Oasis with a clean breathtaking back yard, this is the one. We will be booking this house again. Five stars isn’t enough for this house.

This is the perfect rental in the Keys! The inside is large and roomy, with plenty of space to spread out. The outdoor area is just lovely- lots of shade and beautiful trees and tropical plants. Would for sure book again!
