Contemporary independent house with a 160 m² garden, a gravelled driveway with a 75 m² carport, a 25 m² tiled terrace overlooking THE SWIMMING POOL: 7x3.5 m, heated to 28° and accessible from the end of May at the end of September, 1.20 to 1.50 m deep, with safety cover. Please note: children are the responsibility of the parents. On the heights of Pléneuf Val André in the foothills of the Flora stream, about 1 km from the Port of Dahouët, the Pissotte beach and the large beach as well as the town center, the Kermelins gîte brings together all these strengths.
