Nicht wie erwartet.

Wichtig vorweg: es war alles sauber. ABER: Wir kamen in den Anreisezeitraum an und durften erstmal eine Stunde warten bis die Vermieterin kam, nicht schön nach einer langen Anreise. Sie war aber freundlich und erklärte uns alles. In einen Zimmer ging die Klimaanlage nicht, der Abzug vom Herd ebenfalls nicht. Der Kescher für den Pool war komplett eingerissen. Der "Strand" war nicht wie versprochen 300m weg sondern fast 2 km und das Wasser voll mit teils giftigen Seegurken. War trotzdem schön.

Gepflegtes Haus mit wünschenswerten Verbesserungen

Pool hätte ein Service notwendig, Vermieter hat aber die Mängel schnell beheben lassen. Alles in allem zufrieden. Billard machte den Kindern Spaß. Leider nur 6 Stühle beim Esstisch für 8 Personen.

Sehr schönes, sehr gepflegtes Haus mit schönem Pool und Garten. Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich sehr kümmern. Gut bis sehr gut ausgestattet . Aktuell leider etwas störend die Baustelle/ Bauruine beim Blick aus dem Küchenfenster sowie die laufende Baustelle hinter dem Haus- der Baulärm war auszuhalten aber nicht unbedingt das, was man im Urlaub haben möchte. Der Fitnessraum im Keller war für uns nicht wirklich nutzbar da etwas feucht und muffelig.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Gerne informieren wir Sie darüber, dass diese weitergereicht und die erwähnten Punkte geprüft wurden. Die Bauarbeiten wurden beendet und auch der Fitnessraum befindet sich wieder in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Feuchte im Raum trat aufgrund gewisser Wasserleitungsprobleme auf, welche behoben wurden. Wir bedauern die Faktoren, die Ihren Urlaub beeinträchtigt haben und es würde uns freuen, Sie erneut willkommen heißen zu dürfen.
