For shared use: swimming pool (18 x 6 m, depth 100 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Tennis. Shop 4 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "place du parc" 3.5 km, sandy beach "Des Trois Pins" 3.5 km, park "Aqualand" 24 km, diving center 4.5 km. Sports harbour 4.7 km, sailing school 4.5 km, tennis 2 km, minigolf 12 km. Nearby attractions: Azur park, Paint-ball 15 km, Bowling à Port-Grimaud 15 km, St-Tropez 19 km, Ste-Maxime 26 km. Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The house is terraced on one side only.

Toller Ausblick aufs Meer

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön eingebettet in einer Anlage am Berghang und hat eine schöne Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen von Cavaleire. Die FeWo bietet alles was man braucht - mittlerweile auch gutes WLAN - um eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Ab und zu bekommt man auch Besuch von Salamandern, dafür gibt es wenig Mücken. Der gemeinsam zu nutzende Pool war sehr sauber und hatte eine gute Größe. Es gibt allerdings keine Liegen und Beschattungsmöglichkeiten.

Fantastischer Ausblick, tolle Terrasse, schöner Pool in 50 m Entfernung. Das Haus liegt am Berg, gut 5 min. mit dem Auto zum Strand. Weniger Mücken dort oben! Gute Terrassenmöbel, Mobiliar im Haus eher mittelprächtig.

Tolles Haus mit herrliches Ausdicht

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Modern, gut ausgestattet. Tolle Aussicht und sehr ruhig. Schwimmbad in der Nähe. Parken auf dem Grundstück. Einziger Minuspunkt: es gibt kein Internet und der WLAN Empfang des Handys ist sehr schlecht. Nur französisches Fernsehen.

Wir warne zu zweit und hatten herrliche Tage. Das Haus ist in den Hügeln gelegen, daher ist es abends kühler, wir waren tagsüber jeden Tag am Strand.

Maison agréable dans l'ensemble. Très jolie vue . Il faudrait revoir la cuisine.pas de hotte. Frigo trop petit. Pas assez de vaisselle. Revoir les lumieres dans la cuisine.pas de lumière côté salon et cela de puis deux puisqu'on avait déjà loué l'année dernière. L'internet serait bien venu..

La propriété possède une vue mer incroyable !!

Très belle vue.

La vue est splendide. Proximité avec la piscine très pratique. Cependant,maison est dans son jus des années 70, il faudrait revoir pour faire un évier plus grand dans la cuisine, proposer un barbecue, et mettre d'autres chaises longues dehors et revoir le drap orange de 1970 du canapé. Le store ne peut pas être déplié totalement à cause de la haie qu'il faudrait retailler. Du coup, nous étions en plein soleil jusqu'à 18h...il nous manquait de l'ombre. Un parasol supplémentaire aurait été bien.
