Very nice (for short stay in pre season)

Basic appartment at good location. Appartment offers what is needed for short stay, but lacks comfort for longer period. (no comfortable chairs/couch, basic bedbase and matress, no dishwasher, no microwave -yes small oven, but ...). Laundrette is nearby though. Still peaceful in pre-season (April), but might be noisy in high season. Nice to have your own private parking spot, but the spaces are so tight that if both cars next to yours are also parked, you won't be able to get in or out. So ... very nice (and price worthy) for short stay.

BEL EMPLACEMENT

Nous l avions déjà loué en octobre dernier (2021) . Cette année en mai il faisait plus chaud , donc la nuit obligé de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte , il manque une CLIM dans la chambre a coucher ,Sans compter les voitures , les motos , les camions qui passent a partir de 5h30 jusqu après minuit .Avec la fenêtre ouverte ce n est juste pas possible ,sinon pas de lave vaisselle ni de micro onde , mais ca c es gérable.Bon courage pour cet été. SITUATION EXCEPTIONNELLE

Appartement très bien situé à mi-chemin de la belle plage du Centre Ville et les restaurants et magasins. Petit bémol, l'accès par un escalier extérieur (non signalé dans le descriptif) qui, pour des personnes sujettes au vertige, peut occasionner des soucis à chaque déplacement... .
