🛏️ Bedrooms & Sleeping Primary Bedroom – King bed with balcony access and ensuite bathroom. Second Bedroom – King bed. Third Bedroom – Queen over King Bunk. Living Room – Full-size sleeper sofa. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.
🛁 Bathrooms & Essentials Two full bathrooms plus a half bath, with fresh towels and a starter set of toiletries including toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, and shampoo/conditioner. Guests may need to restock for longer stays.
Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal. 4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule. 5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge. 6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden. 7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period. 10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions. 11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

If you want to be on Front Beach with a million people, this is for you. The property is on the part of Isle of Palms that is most crowded - the main public beach access is right next to the condo. The condo sits between Coconut Joe's and another bar two doors down. People everywhere. If you want a beach view and area that is not crowded, choose further down the beach. I had no idea this crowded spot existed. We were miserable. Yes, we were there over spring break but this location is the busiest on the entire Isle. It was like Myrtle Beach. Way too much money spent for this type of experience.

This condo is intentionally located in the heart of Isle of Palms, within walking distance to the Front Beach area, restaurants, and local spots like Coconut Joe’s. For many guests, this is exactly what they’re looking for—a lively, convenient location with easy access to everything. However, it does come with more activity and foot traffic, especially during peak times like spring break.
With a history of 167 five-star reviews, this experience is certainly not typical, but we understand that preferences for location can vary widely. For guests seeking a quieter, more secluded beach experience, we always recommend choosing a property further down the island away from the main public beach access or not visiting this condo during peak spring break season.

Great location for enjoying the beach and access to Charleston. The condo included everything needed to enjoy a get away. Communication with the property manager was excellent.
Myself, parents ,son, and sister all stayed here for a long weekend and were very pleased with the condo. Perfect location, access to shops, a few steps from the beach, and incredible view from the patio. The condo was very modern, spacious, and great for our family gathering. Will definitely plan a stay again next year !

This Isle of Palms vacation condo is easy to find. Though it is located in the heart of the island, just doors away from restaurants, shops and the popular and widely known Windjammer music venue, the condo is a quiet vacation away from the bustle of life. Once behind the door, vacationers will enjoy expansive ocean views in a comfortable welcoming atmosphere. The smaller bedrooms are far enough from the living area that children can nap quietly while adults socialize.
